This is a very trendy and lively part of London, a fashionable haven for film stars and media personalities. At the same time this is a well established residential area with good choice of shops and many first class bars and restaurants, especially in the Hollywood Road and the Fulham Road. Earl's Court is most conveniently connected to all parts of London with three major underground lines and numerous buses. The area is in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea Borough.

Earl's Court, a short walk away.
This station is on both the District and Circle and Piccadilly lines, easy for all parts of London as well as Heathrow Airport.

This is a small one bedroom flat with a great rear balcony on the second floor of a converted period building. This property does not currently provide with a telephone line.
Kitchen
The modern, open plan kitchen is well-equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven, a gas hob, and a dishwasher. There is a good work space provides and there is also a breakfast bar with stools.

One. This is an open plan reception cum dining room at the front of the building overlooking a very quiet street. It has a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a set of easy chairs. There is also a contemporary drop leaf dining table with chairs. The TV is connected to a Cable providing a large selection of channels. There is also a HI- Fi and a DVD player.
