Receptions
The large open plan living room is at the front of the building and lit by two tall windows. Its multi-purpose layout, combining sitting, dining and cooking areas makes a great space for entertaining as the cook doesn’t have to miss the fun! Two massive leather sofas and a large coffee table are set around the original marble fireplace (with working gas fire). Meals can be enjoyed at the large glass top table with chairs for six. In addition there is a good sized flat screen TV with a large selection of channels plus hi-fi and DVD player.
Kitchen
The galley kitchen along one side of the living room is well organised with a gas hob, electric oven and a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the family bathroom.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom at the rear, overlooking the patio and the green trees of the garden, has a king size bed and en-suite shower/wet room. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own shower/wet room and is also quiet. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space. There is also a dressing room/study with a sofa bed for occasional visitors.
Bathrooms
The shower/wet rooms each have a wash basin, rainhead shower and loo. The separate bathroom has a wash basin, tub with wall attached shower and a loo.
