Area Description
This is St Katharine’s Dock on the North Bank of the Thames, next to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. This is one of the most picturesque locations in the whole of London. The Dock is very quiet, residential and traffic free with pretty front gardens and walking paths. There are plenty of attractive moored sailing barges and yachts to inspect and follow around. Access to the Tower underground station is sign posted and easy. In the vicinity of the apartment is a big Tesco’s supermarket. A short walk across the bridge travellers will find so many attractions worth visiting: the Design Museum with great views from it’s restaurant, the new London Assembly, Shakespeare’s Globe theatre and further up the River is the Tate Modern Gallery.
Nearest tube
Tower Hill just a fifteen minute walk away.
