Area Description
This is St James’s Park with a mix of offices and Georgian family houses. One of it’s most famous residents is the Queen whose Buckingham Palace is just a short walk from Catherine Place. The area is rich with period buildings, parks and traditional pubs. St James's Park is the oldest Royal Park in London and is surrounded by further two palaces: Westminster or the Houses of Parliament and St James’ s Palace. Just a short walk from Catherine Place is Victoria rail and underground station. It has access to numerous train and Victoria, Circle and District underground lines. The area offers exceptional shopping facilities as it has a large department store, all major banks and coffee chains as well as the most popular supermarket brands such as Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's.

General
This is a splendid period house on four levels, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also has a spacious lower ground floor area fitted with one single bed plus a sofa bed. A child friendly and non smoking family residence just a few minutes away from the Buckingham Palace.
Kitchen
This is a brilliant, bright and large, fully equipped family kitchen. It has a double, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker and a dishwasher. There is a very long wooden dining table for up to ten people seating. On the lower ground floor are the washing machine and a separate clothes dryer as well as an additional cooker.
Receptions
One. This is a charming, welcoming and traditionally decorated room with comfortable period armchairs, a small sofa, coffee and side tables, an upright piano and a desk with a wireless computer connection. There is a flat screen TV & DVD in this room with Sky & Sky plus selection of channels. There are more TV sets through out the property.
Bathrooms
Three. The en suite master bathroom has a wash basin, loo and a shower cubicle. The second bathroom in on the top floor and has a tub, wash basin, loo and a shower over the tub. The third bathroom is on the lower ground floor with a loo, wash basin and a shower cubicle.
Bedrooms
Five plus the lower ground floor room. The quiet and spacious master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed, good cupboards, and an en suite shower room. Adjacent to it is the second bedroom with a small double bed, cupboards and a TV. One single bedroom is on the first floor. There are further two single bedrooms on the top floor both of which share a full size bathroom on the same level. A single bed is available on the lower ground floor.
