The area between St James's Park and Victoria has a mix of Georgian and Victorian family homes with modern apartment blocks and many government offices. The area is rich with period buildings, parks and traditional pubs, and Buckingham Palace is just a few minutes away. St James's Park is the oldest royal park in London and is home to St James's Palace, with Westminster Palace or the Houses of Parliament beyond it. Just a short walk from Catherine Place is Victoria rail and underground station, providing access to numerous train and tube services. The area also offers exceptional shopping facilities as it has a large department store, all major banks and coffee chains as well as the most popular supermarkets such as Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's.

This is a charming, welcoming and traditionally decorated room with comfortable period armchairs, a small sofa, coffee and side tables, a baby grand piano and a desk with a wireless Internet connection. There is a flat screen TV and DVD with Sky and Sky Plus channels, and there are other TV sets throughout the house.
Kitchen
This is a large, bright, fully equipped family kitchen with a cooker, microwave, double American style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The splendid wooden table can seat up to ten people. On the lower ground floor are the washing machine and a clothes dryer as well as an additional cooker.
Bedrooms
There is a single bedroom on the first floor. The quiet and spacious master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, good cupboards and an en-suite shower room. Adjacent to it is another bedroom with a small double bed, cupboards and a TV. There are two further single bedrooms on the top floor, which share a full bathroom. On the lower ground floor are another single bed and a sofa bed.

The en-suite master bathroom has a wash basin, shower cubicle and loo. The second bathroom on the top floor has a wash basin, tub with shower over it and loo. The third bathroom on the lower ground floor has a wash basin, shower cubicle and loo.
