Two bedroom, one bathroom, exceptionally quiet and elegant, fifth floor residence in a contemporary apartment block with a lift. A non-smoking apartment.
Kitchen
The small but well organized and bright kitchen has a washer/dryer, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is also a small round breakfast table with two chairs. The dining room is separate and very elegant with a table and seating for four visitors.
Receptions
The elegant reception room has beige carpets, a modern, long, white lacquered coffee table, good sized contemporary sofa and occasional chairs. There is an electric fire place and a TV with a selection of Freeview channels. This is a spacious room with a relaxing blend of materials and colours and a few attractive decorative details such as the good sized French wall mirror.

One bathroom and a separate loo. The bathroom is painted in dazzling white and has a good sized bath tub, wash basin and a wall attached shower over the tub. The separate toilet has a loo and wash basin.
Bedrooms
Two. The good sized master bedroom has a king sized double bed and generous storage space. This is a quiet, light and airy bedroom with side tables, reading lamps and a small chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a large contemporary single bed and a classic writing desk so it doubles as a study.
