The Rowan Road is a very quiet and residential street with pretty, early Victorian two storey cottages. It is such a charming area linked with the well known Brook Green and very close to Kensington. The travel connections are brilliant as this is very close to Hammersmith, a huge hub for trains and busses. There are a large number of high street shops to choose from. Also the area offers fresh food markets, grocery shops, bakeries and other smaller specialised outlets. This is a small, quaint and attractive two storey family house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a guest toilet, parking space and a big back garden. A non smoking residence with Broadband Internet facilities.
Kitchen
The narrow but good size kitchen is well equipped and extends into a dining area. It has a double gas hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and a microwave. The dining table overlooks the garden and could seat up to six guests. The garden is large with a set of chair and a table in the immediate paved area.
Receptions
The reception room occupies the ground floor of the house. The front overlooks the street and the back of it opens onto the garden. The space is beautifully arranged with small, comfortable pieced of furniture including two sofas, a number of armchairs and easy chairs. Both parts of the reception still have the original fire places. The double built in bookshelves contain the TV & DVD player and decorative items. The TV comes with a selection of digital channels. The clothes dryer is situated in the cupboard under the stairs.
Bathrooms
One large bathroom with a big tub and a separate good size shower cubicle. There are also a loo and a wash basin. The house has a separate, guest cloak room with a loo and wash basin.
Bedrooms
Three good size, light and contemporary furnished bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. Both double bedrooms have traditional built in wardrobes. The single bedroom has an ample open rail storage space.
