Area Description
This is the very best part of residential Chelsea, a well known area of Victorian red brick buildings and garden squares between King’s Road and Sloane Street. The area has always had its own special atmosphere and still is a must see part of London. A number of brilliant, world class events and exhibitions take place here. The best known is the amazing Chelsea Flower show. Through out the year there are other regular high quality antique and art fairs that occupy the vast Duke of York Square nearby. Chelsea offers a huge number of restaurants and it’s a heaven for gourmet travellers wanting the first class experience in eateries such as Gordon Ramsey’s or Tom Aikens’s. This is a very convenient location for exploring London and visiting major museums such as Victoria & Albert or Natural History museum. The latest addition to attractions in Chelsea is the Saatchi Collection of Modern art just a few minutes walk from Sloane Square.

The very good size kitchen is bright and well organized with good work storage and work space. There is a double gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a separate dryer. A small breakfast table is provided with four chairs.
Receptions
This is an extensive, double reception & dining room delightfully light and sunny. It is decorated in neutral colour shades and with contemporary furniture and decorative objects. A large book case covers the wall in the dining area which has a round wooden table with chairs for up to eight people. The sitting room area has three large sofas, all gathering around a large coffee table. This unusual and spacious entertaining room overlooks the street and opens onto a small and charming balcony with a table and few chairs. A TV and a HiFi are provided.
Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms in this property: A spacious en suite master bathroom is with a double wash basin, bidet, loo, bath tub and a separate shower cubicle. The second bathroom comes with a bath tub, loo, wash basin and a wall attached shower. The third bathroom has a loo, wash basin and a shower cubicle.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms; all are very quiet and light with comfortable beds, reading lamps and side tables. Two bedrooms are en suite with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, walk in cupboard and the en suite bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms one of which is also en suite. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms come with good accessories and storage space.
