Receptions
The house has two sitting rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the lower level, both with access to the garden at the back. The ground floor room is more formal with traditional furniture arranged around a decorative fireplace and two tall bookcases. A door opens onto the upper terrace, where a pretty wrought iron table and chairs make the prefect spot for a drink while enjoying the delightful view of the garden below. The second, more contemporary sitting room is on the lower ground floor, and has a good size sofa, an armchair and footstool and other chairs, along with a large bookcase, TV and DVD player. From here you can step out to the garden dining area, which can seat six. This outdoor space makes a fabulous addition to the house, rare to find in a centrally located London property, with established and interesting planting that is well looked after.

Both bedrooms are light and well organised with storage space, book shelves and good reading lamps.
