Area: This is Belsize Park, a tranquil and fashionable residential area south of Hampstead Heath and north of Primrose Hill & Regent’s Park. This is a delightful and large reception cum dining room. The original wood floor and the stripped wood sash window frames give the apartment a special appearance. There are three large windows in this room overlooking a very picturesque and uniquely north London, tree lined residential street. There is a large sofa in front of a good size, flat screen digital TV. The dining table with chairs is positioned closer to the windows and could seat up to six guests. One bathroom. This is a cheerful and bright bathroom with a small tub, interesting white and blue tiling, loo and a wash basin. The hand held shower could also be attached to the wall.

Two bedrooms. The master bedroom window overlooks the street and neighbouring Victorian villas. It has a double bed and a good size wardrobe. The smaller bedroom, positioned at the rear of the building, comes with a small double bed. Both rooms are uncluttered and very quiet.
