Area Description
Belsize Park is a tranquil and fashionable residential area south of Hampstead Heath and north of Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park, with good connections to Kings Cross and Euston, Russell Square and the Oxford Circus area. With Regent’s Park and the Heath nearby, the area is a great choice for visitors eager to walk and explore some of the most attractive, well maintained and vast London parks. Close to the apartment are several streets with a great choice of attractive village-type shops and cafés. Just a short walk away is the main street with a cinema, several eateries, a supermarket and a number of interesting gourmet pubs. A few minutes more take you to the world famous Camden Market and its high street, with many live music venues such as the Round House. This is a new and exciting location offering great value to the discerning visitor, a great discovery.

The living room is bright and uncluttered, lit by three large windows that overlook a charming tree-lined residential street. The original wood floor, window frames and fireplace recall its traditional character. The dining table by the windows can seat six. There is a large sofa and a few tables and chairs, plus a good sized flat-screen digital TV (37" Toshiba LCD with Virgin channels) and a hi-fi.
Kitchen
The kitchen opens off the reception room. Though not large, it is carefully planned to provide the essentials for family cooking: a gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is situated in the hall cupboard.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom overlooks the street and neighbouring Victorian villas. It has a double bed and a good sized wardrobe. The second bedroom at the rear of the building has a small double bed. Both rooms are uncluttered and very quiet.
Bathrooms
The bright and cheerful bathroom has interesting blue and white tiling and a wash basin, small tub with hand held/wall shower and a loo.
