Receptions
The ground floor reception room overlooks the street. It is exceptionally welcoming with a generous seating for a large gathering with a good size flat screen TV and an attractive cast iron fire place. The room extends onto a dining area with a large wooden table and chairs for up to eight guests. Several steps connect the room directly with the lower ground floor kitchen. A separate, spacious entertaining room, more suited to younger visitors, is situated on the lower ground floor. It comes fully equipped with toys but also with a good size sofa and a large wall mounted TV screen.

Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms. The en suite master bathroom is light and large with a shower cubicle, free standing roll top tub & hand held shower, loo and a double wash basin. Bathroom two has a tub, wall attached shower, loo and a wash basin. There is a separate shower cubicle on the top floor and also a guest cloak room on the lower ground floor.

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms. The delightful, en suite, master bedroom occupies almost the whole floor. The wood floor boards, walls, window shutters and the wall cupboards are all painted white. The bedroom is thus very light, relaxing and attractive. There is a super king size bed, good reading lights, a side chair, an ornamental fire place and a wall mounted digital TV. There are three further bedrooms: the top floor double bedroom with a TV, a twin bedroom and the children’s bedroom with a small single bed. All bedrooms are equally quiet and bright as the house is on a tranquil residential street.
