Area Description
This is residential Kensington just off the High Street with many good shops, stores and restaurants. The property is just a short walk away from the well known Olympia where many established exhibitions take place such as the Fine Art and Antiques Fair. It is also super convenient for Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre and the near by underground station. The best of all is its proximity to the nearby Holland Park, and attractive oasis with regular seasonal treats, festivals and open air concerts. A walk from the area along the High Street towards Hyde Park is very easy and exciting with many spending temptations in this ever changing shopping district. The biggest London food hall selling organic produce is on the High Street Kensington. Two brilliant restaurants near by provide some of the best views of the area: The Babylon or The Roof Garden and the Royal Garden Hotel’s top floor restaurant.

A four bedroom, four bathroom well equipped house over two floors with parking. A non smoking residence with WI – FI internet facilities.
Kitchen
The kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor. The narrow kitchen comes with up to date modern appliances such as a large gas hob & oven. Having plenty of fitted cupboards the kitchen provides good work space, storage and tools. There is a good size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. A separate laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and comes with a washing machine and separate clothes dryer.
The dining room has a large wooden table with chairs for up to eight guests.
Receptions
This large, bright and sunny room is situated on the first floor. The comfortable furniture is nicely arranged around a glass coffee table. There are two sofas, three comfortable armchairs and many side occasional tables. A large flat screen TV comes with a selection of Virgin cable channels. A separate writing desk is set up for visitors and their laptops as the wireless, broadband Internet connection is available in the house.
Bathrooms
There are three en suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom on the top floor. A guest cloak room is available on the ground floor. The grand master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, hand and wall mounted shower over it, a loo and wash basin. The second and the third en suite bathrooms each come with a body jet shower cubicle, loo and a double basin. The fourth bathroom has a full size tub, loo, wash basin and a wall attached shower.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms, three of which are en suite. The master bedroom has a large wood frame double bed, an impressive period dressing table with mirrors and drawers, a matching free standing wardrobe, bedside lamps and a wall mounted digital TV with a selection of Freeview channels. The second large double bedroom is similar: there is a large double bed, a writing desk, bedside lamps, a free standing wood wardrobe, flat screen, wall mounted TV and an eye catching period day bed. The third en suite bedroom is with a double bed, writing desk, wardrobe and the TV. The smallest bedroom has a simple double bed and good storage space.
