Area Description
The area now referred to as West Brompton centres on the underground and railway station with the same name. The Earl's Court exhibition centre is just across the road from the station. The area is bounded by West Kensington and Earl's Court to the north, Chelsea to the east and Fulham Broadway to the south, all of which offer a great variety of shopping and dining possibilities. Other places of interest include Chelsea Harbour and the Finborough Theatre.
Nearest tube: West Brompton, 3 minutes walk (District line), Fulham Broadway, 8 minutes (District line). There is also a very good bus service from the high street.

Property Description
General
This is a large Victorian family home that extends over 3 floors, located on a quiet residential street. Its colourful décor makes for comfortable family living, and it has the great asset of a delightful and well-kept garden. A non-smoking home with broadband Internet access.

Receptions
On the ground floor there is a spacious double-length sitting room great for entertaining, with windows front and back, wood floors, an original fireplace, and a colourful mix of antique furniture, ethnic touches and bright contemporary paintings. There are two comfortable sofas and a large digital TV with a good selection of channels.
Kitchen
The kitchen is on the ground floor and leads out to the secluded garden at the rear of the property. It is large and has all modern appliances including ovens, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus a working 'island' in the middle that can double as a breakfast counter. A dining table fits in a bright corner with window seats. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are all double. The master bedroom is very bright with super king-size bed, marble wash basin and plenty of cupboard space. Bedroom two has a super king size bed and both the others have king size beds.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a wash basin, a roll top bath, a large power shower alcove with two fold-away seats that can be used as a steam room, and a loo. Bathroom two has a wash basin, tub with shower over it and loo.
