General
First floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a beautifully maintained converted period building. There is a lift and the apartment has a small balcony off most rooms.

Receptions
The beautiful double aspect living room is decorated in cream and acts as a wonderful gallery for the paintings. There are two large comfortable sofas, a fireplace with a working gas log fire, a beautiful period cabinet and French doors that open onto two balconies (one at either end of the room). There is also a dining area with a large table and six chairs (there are another two chairs in the apartment).
Kitchen
The kitchen, though small, is very well equipped, there is a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and a walk-in pantry with a large fridge/freezer.
Bedrooms
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, walk-in dressing room, reading area that has a vast array of books, a fireplace with a working gas log fire, a Sky digital TV and a video. There are French doors leading from the reading area to a small balcony. The second bedroom though small has a charming double cabin-style bed, padded in the fabric that matches the wallpaper and good cupboard space and a small TV with built-in video. Again there are French doors leading to a small balcony.
Bathrooms
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a power shower with a large head over the tub. The second bathroom has a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a hand-held shower.
