Area Description
This is a very residential, convenient area at the back of Victoria Station and just a few streets away from The Tate Gallery and the River Thames. The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye are all just a short walk away. Victoria is a major rail and underground station with quick access to all parts of London. The area is well known for its diversity of shops, markets and good grocery stores. One of London's biggest farmer markets is held in a nearby leafy square just off Ebury Street.

Stylish two bedroom, two bathroom apartment over two top floors of a well maintained traditional Victorian white terraced building, with a terrace over-looking a pretty square. A non-smoking apartment.

The good sized compact kitchen is on the same floor. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and hob and a good work surface.
Receptions
The spacious and comfortable living room is on the top floor. There are some brilliant views from this room which opens into a small terrace overlooking a Victorian square garden. This space full of light, decorated in a very traditional English style is all dedicated to the owners work that includes a lot of travelling and guests and visitors. One can simply rest after a busy sightseeing day with a cup of coffee or tea tucked in one of the sofas overlooking the rooftops or enjoy this quiet apartment for more serious, creative work or study in London. There are comfortable chairs, settees, side tables, inspiring books and a round dining table for up to six guests. There is also a small TV.
Bathrooms
The ensuite, large bathroom has a tub with no shower, loo and a washhand basin. The second, recently decorated shower room has a beautifully tiled shower cubicle with a loo and washhand basin.
Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms. The master, ensuite bedroom has a good sized double bed. This is a lovingly decorated room, walls painted in light blue with lots of prints and an interesting tapestry on the wall above the bed. There is a large bookcase and a set of nice bedside lamps. A very comfortable and bright, good sized master bedroom. The second bedroom is also prettily decorated with rare prints, good light and a small antique desk next to the window. This room has a large double bed and good cupboard space.
