Area Description
This is one of the most charming areas of Notting Hill Gate with pretty cottages and small houses. It is cosy, secluded, very private and residential. Still, the well known and always lively Churchills Pub is just around the corner as is Kensington Church Street with an amazing range of antique shops. Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are minutes away as is Portobello Road and its famous antique market.

Notting Hill. A three minute walk away.

General
This is small charming house on two floors with two bedrooms and one bathroom . A non-smoking property.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is long, narrow and brilliantly organised. It has a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and the dish/washer.
The washing machine is in the cupboard, under the stairs.
Receptions
The elegant reception/dining room has large windows overlooking the pretty neighbourhood. This is a very pleasant room with lots of light and with wooden floors and cream furnishings throughout. Two sofas and a glass coffee table are cosily arranged around the marble gas log fire. There is a LCD TV with a cable selection of channels including the pay to view facility for which there is a charge , DVD, a HI-FI and Broadband Internet connection.
The round glass dining table with four chairs adds a touch of glamour to the house and could seat up to four guests.
Bathrooms
One contemporary bathroom with porcelain, double wash basin and natural stone covered walls and flooring. There is a full sized bath tub, a loo and a wall attached shower.
Bedrooms
Two comfortable and quiet bedrooms both on the upper floor. The large, master bedroom has a double bed and good cupboard space. The second bedroom is at the rear of the house. It is smaller than the master bedroom but still with a good sized double bed and a chest of drawers.
