Arrival Terms & Conditions
HOME FROM HOME endeavours to be as flexible as possible over arrival times but we do request that they are during sociable hours (9.00 am - 6.00pm pm Monday to Friday). We cannot guarantee an early let-in unless you book your apartment from the night before however we will do our utmost to fit in with your arrangements where possible. It is mandatory that you will be met by a driver if your arrival is outside office hours (9.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday). If you wish to be met at the property and your let in is within office hours, please e-mail Home From Home to confirm the exact time and other details: info@hfhmail.co.uk
Taxi fares & conditions:
The taxi drivers (fully licensed and insured black London taxis) will meet you at the airport or railway station. They are totally familiar with our properties, will have the property keys with them and will let you in.
Please note the following tables show prices for taxi pick-ups; there is a £10.00 supplement for pick up between 8pm and 6am - all taxis.

All rates are in Pound Sterling and per taxi.
Organise your arrival and avoid unnecessary charges:
WAITING TIME COSTS; All airport pick-ups include 50 minutes free waiting time from the actual landing time.
Thereafter you will be charged the following;
5.00 Per 15 minutes.
10.00 Per 30 minutes.
20.00 Per 60 minutes.

The total charge can be paid to the driver directly by you in cash or by card.
Avoid taxi waiting costs by calling the driver on the number provided as soon as possible or book your taxi to arrive 1 hour after landing.
We believe that this is the most comfortable and convenient way for you to arrive at a property especially after a long and tiring journey. Our drivers monitor your flight for early arrivals or delays based on details given by you. They will meet you outside 'WHSmiths' in the terminal arrivals hall.
A confirmation letter will be sent to you with the taxi driver's name and his mobile telephone number. In the case of transfers from railway stations your confirmation will explain the vehicle waiting location. Please read your confirmation carefully and keep it to hand with other travel documents.
