Home from Home endeavors to be as flexible as possible regarding arrival times, but we do request that you arrive during sociable hours.

We cannot guarantee an early let-in unless you book the apartment from the night before, but we will do our utmost to fit in with your arrangements where possible.

It is mandatory that you be met by a pre-arranged taxi if your arrival is outside of our office hours, 10.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Our pre-arranged Black London Taxis are fully licensed and insured. They will meet you at the airport and they are familiar with all our properties. They will have the keys and will let you in.

Please enquire about charges from other airports or train stations (Major train stations include Liverpool Street, Fenchurch, Paddington, Victoria, Kings Cross St. Pancras and Euston) prior to making a taxi reservation. All airport pick-ups include 45 minutes free waiting time from the actual landing time.

Arrivals and departures over the Christmas and New Year period are subject to a supplement.

We believe this is the most comfortable way for you to arrive at the property, especially after a long and tiring journey. Our drivers monitor your flight for early arrivals and delays. They will meet you at the 'TAXI INFORMATION DESK' in the terminal arrival hall. Please look for the sign 'TAXI INFORMATION DESK'. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law Home From Home shall not be liable to you for any injury, loss, damage, delay, expense or inconvenience caused in connection with your airport - apartment transfers.

Olympics 2012 (Taxi fares during the period 23 July 2012 to 15 August 2012).

For Taxi transfers arranged by Home from Home during the Olympic period (23 Jul - 15 Aug 2012) there will be a premium on the prices shown above. Taxi fares from Heathrow and City Airports will have a £10 increase, fares from Gatwick, Stanstead and Luton airports will have a £15 increase and fares from major train stations in London will have a £5 increase.
