The charming reception room overlooks the back garden and with access to a patio where a table with 2 chairs is available to visitors.
The room has a large comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed for an occasional visitor. There is also a dining table with two chairs, good storage space, digital television and a Dvd player. The owner has kept the décor very simple here so this is a very light and bright room with lots of space and comfortable furniture.

One. There is a tiled shower cubicle, wash hand basin and a loo.
Bedrooms
One. This really is a very spacious room with a large, king size bed made up of two singles pushed together. There is a good clothes hanging storage space, a chest of drawers, table lamps and a good size writing desk. The room is decorated with a relaxing blend of soft neutrals and natural materials.
