A large one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a converted period building without the lift. A non-smoking apartment.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric cooker, microwave and a fridge/ freezer. The washing machine and a separate dryer are situated in the separate storage adjacent to the kitchen.
Receptions
The splendid living room overlooks the rooftops of the white Victorian period buildings doted along the Holland Park. The room is spacious, elegant, light and sunny. There is a plenty of comfortable seating available in this room: quite a few antique chairs and a double contemporary sofa with a matching armchair. The décor is rich with paintings and eye catching objects and there is an electric fire place. A good size screen TV is provided as well as a DVD player.
Bathrooms
One. The white tiled bathroom has a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a hand held shower that could also be attached to the wall.
Bedrooms
One. The bedroom has a double bed and a good size double wardrobe. It leads to an attractive balcony with a garden table and chairs.
