General
Ground and first floor of a period building. One flight of stairs between floors.
Kitchen
It is small but well equipped. Refrigerator, double oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. (see bathrooms for washing machine etc.). Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with a large round table that can seat eight.
Receptions
Large and the most elegant living room with access via French doors to the beautifully kept communal gardens. There is a comfortable sofa and a pair of period chairs, side tables, occasional guest chairs, writing bureau, an LCD TV, DV, stereo and a fireplace with working gas log fire.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms have been recently modernized with up to date features. The en-suite bathroom is with a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a power shower over the tub. The second bathroom has a bathtub, wash-hand basin, loo and a power shower over the tub. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. (The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the second bathroom)
Bedrooms
The large en suite master bedroom is with a queen-sized bed and a separate large wardrobe/ dressing room. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be linked together to form a king size bed and also plenty of wardrobe.
