General
This is a modern mews style house on two floors. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. It is well thought out and there is a parking space. It is a no smoking house.
Kitchen
The kitchen also leads off the hallway and is well equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and cooker. There is a separate cupboard on the first floor housing the washer/dryer. In the kitchen is a breakfast table for informal meals.
Receptions
There is a hallway on the ground floor that leads into the large reception room. This room has an ornamental fireplace, easy sofas and chairs and a round dining table to one end with six chairs. There is a TV.
Bathrooms
Three. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub, loo, wash hand basin and a hand held shower over the tub. There are further a full second bathroom and a separate loo on this floor.An en suite shower and a loo are on the ground floor.
Bedrooms
Four. Three on the first floor: The master bedroom has a king- size bed, good cupboard space, a pretty balcony and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two also has a double bed. There is a further single bedroom. There is also a single bedroom on the gound floor.
