General
A lovely spacious flat on the fifth floor of a recently renovated block called Vanilla and Sesame Court, a wharf handling spices when London was a busy port. The flat has a parking space (extra cost) and the building has a lift.
Kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the reception room and is ultra modern, equipped with all modern appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave oven. There are granite tops throughout and a stainless steel extractor hood.
Receptions
A wide hallway leads from the front door throughout the flat to the large reception room. This gives the flat a really spacious feel. The reception room is an interesting shape with a curved exterior wall. It has a dining table and chairs to one end and comfy sofas and chairs and TV at the other end.
Bathrooms
Two. One is en suite to the master bedroom and has loo, wash hand basin and cubicle with a power shower and the other is a family bathroom with loo, wash hand basin and a tub with a power shower above.
Bedrooms
Two. The master bedroom is spacious with lots of good cupboard space and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and plenty of cupboards also.
