Area Description

This up and coming London residential area on the south bank of the Thames between Greenland and South Docks and. overlooks Canary Wharf on the other side of the River. This exciting part of London is well served by transport: Jubilee underground line and the fast catamaran River Bus. There is a large shopping centre near the property. Greenwich, a place of great historical interest and architectural beauty is 5 minutes away on the boat. There is a boat shuttle service to Canary Wharf. London Bridge and the South Bank are easily accessible and the area has many Dickensian historical pubs. A great place to stay.

Canada Water is a ten minute walk. This is on the new Jubilee line and it takes only ten minutes to reach Green Park right in the centre of London. It is a three minute walk to the River Bus which goes east to the O2 and Greenwich and west to the Embankment near Big Ben and Houses of Parliament. This is a fantastic way to travel!

This is a contemporary town house in a new development near the River Thames and part of the Docklands regeneration scheme. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. The house has two parking spaces. A non smoking residence.
Kitchen
This galley style kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer dryer on the ground floor.

Receptions
One, on the first floor. This is a large room with the sitting area to the one end and the dining area at the other. The comfortable sitting area has a good size sofa and armchairs and the dining table can seat six people easily. It has colourful rugs and pictures and mirrors on the walls. There is a large TV, VCR, DVD and Hi Fi
Bathrooms
Two. One is en suite to the master bedroom and has a shower, wash hand basin and loo. The other has a tub, overhead shower, wash hand basin and loo and is located between the two other bedrooms.
Bedrooms
Three. Two exceptionally quiet double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The top floor master bedroom is large, airy and has an en suite shower room, a king size bed and good cupboard space. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three is with a single bed. The master bedroom also has a balcony with lovely views, accessed through french doors.
