Comment réserver un Appartement
Le cost minimal est normalement pour un séjour de 7 nuits. Irreguliérement nous pouvons négocier un tarif de 5 jours, et également il existe les tarifs réduits pour séjours longue durée.
Quand est-ce que vous prenez le paiement?
Si la réservation s'effectue plus de huit semaines avant la date d'arrivée prévue, 25% du loyer sera prélevé comme acompte non-remboursable au moment de la réservation. Le reste du loyer sera prélevé do votre compte 8 semaines avant la date d'arrivée. Si la réservation s'effectue moins de 8 semaines avant la date d'arrivée, le montalt total du loyer sera pris immédiatement. La caution remboursable doit étre payée sur carte de crédit, 2 semaines avant l'arrivée.
Comment payer?
Le loyer se paie soit par transfert bancaire, soit par carte de crédit (VISA ou MASTERCARD). Paiement par carte de crédit necessite une surcharge de 2%.
Comment procurer les clés de la propriétéSi vous arrivez sur Londres en dehors des heures ouvrables, il est obligatoire d'tre accuelli par un de nos taxis noir Londoniens. Le conducteur aura les clés et vous y am?nera. Clients qui arrivent sur Londres pendant les heures ouvrables peuvent nous faire rendez-vous pour recevoir les clés, soit la gare, soit la propriété.
Comment quitter la propriété?
L'heure de depart est 10h. Veuillez nous contacter pendant votre séjour afin d'arranger le retour les clés. Si vous prenez un de nos taxis pour départer, le conducteur peut nous amenera les clés.
Est-ce que on peut annuler une réservation
Il nous faut paiement complet huit semaines avant la date d'arrivée prévue. En cas d'annulation, un remboursement sera sous réserve de la location de nouveau de la propriété. Nous vous conseillons donc de penser aux assurances contre ce probléme eventuel. Réservations plus de huit semaines avant la date de location prévue ne peuvent que se faire avec un acompte non-remboursable de 25% du prix de la location total.
Quel est la tarification des appels téléphoniques?
La tarification dépend de chaque propriété. Nous vous conseillerons des prix standard sur une ligne fixe de British Telecom. Le cost d'appels sera prélevé de votre caution avant qu'elle soit remboursée votre carte de crédit.
Quest-ce que c'est le frais de nettoyage aprés le séjour
La plupart de clients qui restent chez Home From Home n'ont pas le temps de remettre la propriété l'état dont ils l'ont trouvé. Le frais de nettoyage apres le séjour est donc visé completer ce travail pour vous.
