Home From Home se esfuerza por ofrecer la máxima flexibilidad posible en cuanto a las horas de llegada, aunque rogamos que éstas se realicen dentro de un horario normal.
No podemos garantizarle que pueda ocupar el apartamento a primera hora de la ma?ana si no reserva el apartamento desde la noche anterior, aunque haremos siempre todo lo posible para adaptarnos a sus necesidades.
Si su llegada tiene lugar fuera del horario de oficina, de 9:30 am a 5:30 pm de lunes a viernes, deberá reunirse obligatoriamente con un taxista.
Los taxistas de los taxis negros de Londres, que disponen de todas las autorizaciones y seguros necesarios, le recogerán en el aeropuerto (Heathrow , Gatwick u otro). Estos taxistas conocen perfectamente todos nuestros apartamentos y le darán las llaves para que pueda ocuparlos.
El coste estándar es de £44 desde Heathrow y de £77 desde Gatwick (más la propina que usted decida darles). Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente: para los siguientes apartamentos se aplican unas tarifas más altas (£54 desde Heathrow y £87 desde Gatwick): Belvedere Road, Doughty Street, John Adam Street, Brunswick Mansions, Bernard Mensions, Harlequin Court, St. Marks Crescent, Sandwich Street, Curlew Street, Linhope Street, New Globe Walk y Rope Street. Antes de reservar un taxi hasta o desde otros aeropuertos, pídanos los precios de este servicio. Todas las recogidas en aeropuertos incluyen una espera gratuita de 45 minutos a partir de la hora de llegada real. A partir de este tiempo deberá abonar £0,25 por minuto. Puede abonar el importe total directamente al taxista en efectivo, o también podemos cargarlo en su depósito de fianza.
Las llegadas y las partidas durante los períodos de Navidad y A?o Nuevo están sujetas a un suplemento.
Creemos que ésta es la manera más cómoda para llegar hasta su apartamento, especialmente después de un largo y agotador viaje. Nuestros taxistas controlarán su vuelo por si la llegada se produce con antelación o con retraso y se reunirán con usted en el MOSTRADOR DE INFORMACIÓN DE TAXIS del vestíbulo de llegadas de la terminal. Busque el cartel del MOSTRADOR DE INFORMACIÓN DE TAXIS.
