A bright and spacious one bedroom garden flat minutes from public transport on a quiet residential street in Hammersmith.

Area Description

Beryl Road is a quiet residential road located within walking distance from Barons Court and Hammersmith Stations, where the District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City underground lines run. This great location is ideal for the various amenities available in Hammersmith and on the Fulham Palace Road. You’re also within walking distance to the River Thames which we would recommend visiting as there are some lovely walks along the river and the River Café serves exquisite food, as does the Blue Boat!
For tennis lovers – The Queen’s club is a 10 minute walk away and the District Line from either station will take you to Wimbledon in about 20 minutes!

Tube: Baron's Court is a 7 minute walk, and Hammersmith, a 5 minute walk away.

Why stay in Hammersmith:

Hammersmith is a bustling, multicultural neighbourhood in the west of London. This vibrant hub is popular with families and young professionals due to its space and sought after transport connections across London. Hammersmith is characterised for its riverside walks, great parks, excellent food shops and of course elegant period architecture.
One of Hammersmith’s great features is the riverside. You will find an abundance of quality restaurants and wine bars dotted along the edge of the Thames which runs close to the centre of Hammersmith. This is the ideal place for relaxing lunches or friendly coffee breaks. Many enjoy the stretch of the river between Hammersmith and Chiswick where one will see rowing and sailing. The Oxford v Cambridge boat race occurs here where you can watch the crew train or learn how to row yourself! Hammersmith Bridge is also an iconic landmark not to miss. It was created by Joseph Bazelgette and is still operational today for pedestrian use. We recommend strolling down the Thames Path by the Hammersmith Bridge to soak up the rowing boats, marinas and distant islands.

Hammersmith also offers an extensive range of shops! The King Mall and the Broadway Centre both offer high street stores, pubs, cafes and large supermarkets. The Farmer’s Market is also held every Thursday which supplies farm produce and amazing home-cooked food from the West Indies, China, India, Scotland and England. Make sure to get in early as this is extremely popular with the locals!

You will not be short of things to do in this buzzy area. Hammersmith prides itself on culture. The neighbourhood is home to three brilliant and must visit theatres, the widely renowned Hammersmith Apollo, the Lyric Theatre and also the incredible Riverside Studios. The area also boasts great outdoor activities such as parks with tennis courts, flower gardens and pools, and the London Wetland Centre is also just across the river. Hammersmith is simply perfect for families and young professionals.

Hammersmith is truly well connected also as it boarders Shepherds Bush, Kensington, Fulham and Chiswick and is only five miles from central London. It is a great transport hub which offers four tube lines and fleets of buses. The Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines all stop at Hammersmith. There are 17 local bus routes from Hammersmith connecting to the north, south, east and of course the west end. By road, Hammersmith sits on the A4 which is incredibly convenient for travelling to Heathrow Airport and East into town.

Pubs/Bars: The Old Ship, The Anglesea Arms, Be at One, The Hampshire Hog’ The Black Lion, The Dove, The Swan, The Hop Poles, The Dartmouth Castle.

Restaurants: Saigon Saigon, Azou, Indian Zing, The Grove Bar & Restaurant, The River Café, The Gate, Lala.

  • I was staying in London for business purposes and I was very happy with the flat, it was just what I needed.

    by Mr Chang, Singapore
  • Perfect compact but comfortable apartment for my long term stay. There were some really nice places to eat by the river.

    by Alison, UK
  • This home accommodated 3 guests very comfortably - my daughter did have a good night sleep on the sofa bed as sometimes they can be not very good quality. The private garden was also delightful addition, we ate some breakfast outdoors on most of the mornings. Thank you home from home, we truly enjoyed our time in London.

  • My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in this lovely apartment. To the girls in the office, thank you for organising everything and making our time in London so memorable. We hope to return soon!

  • A comfortable apartment in a convenient location. We liked being able to hop on the tube and be in the city in minutes.
