I am very very positively impressed with HFH's presentation and follow through, going from the way the listings are shown to the many follow-ups along the way once rental has been secured. It is reassuring especially the first time, when one wonders if they whole thing might not work out well. I also really appreciated being met at the flat by one of your staff, since taking the Tube in from Heathrow at rush-hour seemed an easier and less expensive option. It was also nice to have already established a connection with your housekeeper Magda, so that when I encountered a problem, I felt my email would be answered (and it was). I would definitely rent this flat again and want to say that the owner has done a wonderful job decorating it so tastefully.- Horst Canada
Home from Home was good and I'd rent this property again.- Bob Canada
Thank you very much HFH, Judd Street is a nice flat and you have a wonderful team. HFH staff are so helpful, friendly and patient with clients.- Husain Bahrain
This was our third stay at a Home-from-Home property; I lived in London for a long time and on my return visits, much more convenient – and pleasant - to stay in HfH properties than in hotels. On the current visit, HfH staff, Judd Street front desk staff, and arrangements were excellent as usual, as was the ease of leaving thanks to the availability of an in-house driver to the airport (and Cyril!). This was somewhat of a last-minute visit, and staff were also very flexible in booking the flat. The location of the Judd Street flat was perfect for our purposes.- Catherine USA
