• This was our third rental with HFH in the last year and a half and for my husband and I...fantastic. Location, view and all things that contributed to another special stay in London. We walked to the V&A and Natural History Museum in minutes. Bus stop out the door and all the magic of Sloan Square area. Cyril and the two Dave's taxi delivery and pickup were also great. Thank you HFH. Hope to rent Cheyne Walk again soon!

• This was our second visit to Cheyne Walk and will not be our last. The property is convenient for us to visit with our granddaughter, plus being able to walk up to Kings Road where there are stores, coffee shops, restaurants and even see what is at Saatchi Gallery is amazing.

• I had some difficulty with turning off the shower/bath. I called the office and was offered assistance right away. I also appreciated your kind and efficient house/flat cleaner, Anne, who came by to bring an air bed and do some minor maintenance with your repair man. Both people arrived when they said they would, fixed the problem and were very nice. I hope to be able to return next year.

• We enjoyed our stay in the Cheyne Walk apartment. The stairs were quite steep but we knew this beforehand. Also took us a while to work out how to adjust the water temperature in the shower but we sorted it.
