The many dining options include Italian, French and Asian restaurants locally. Some of our past tenants favourites are; Chutney Mary, Embargo, La Famiglia and The Chelsea Ram.

A stunning 3 bed family house covering 3 floors of a smart Victorian building presented in pristine condition with the added benefit of 2 outdoor spaces; a secluded rear garden with dining facilities and a small decked patio.

Receptions

The bright and airy reception room with large bay window offers comfortable living space with beautiful paintings, smart sofa and armchairs, a large LCD TV, coffee table, piano and open plan office space to the rear of the room. The dining table is suitable for up to 8 guests and is situated just off the kitchen.

Kitchen

Spacious kitchen with marble floor provided all modern appliances and plenty of counter and storage space. There is a separate laundry room that is also useful for storing luggage.

Bedrooms

Three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an Emperor sized bed (215 x 215cm), the second bedroom has a King sized bed (150 x 200cm) and the third bedroom has a Single bed (90x190cm). All decorated in colonial style.

Bathrooms

There are two spacious bathrooms and a separate lavatory on the ground floor. The master bathroom has a walk in rainhead shower, bath, basin and a loo. The second bathroom is on the top floor with bath, hand held shower unit, wash hand basin and a loo.

The nearest underground stations are Fulham Broadway, 14 minutes to the North West and Sloane Square, a 10 minute bus ride away. Imperial Wharf is 7 minutes walking, and there is an excellent bus service from Kings Road servicing Victoria and Kensington.

Why stay in Chelsea:

Once known as a humble fishing village by the River Thames, Chelsea is now one of the most prestigious and sought after areas in London. Chelsea is also home to the Kings Road which was once used as the royal route to Hampton Court by King Charles. It has an abundance of fashion stores, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Fulham Road, which runs parallel to the Kings Road is also lined by smart boutiques, cafes and restaurants.

There are also some lovely parks and walking tracks in the area. The Chelsea Embankment is a lovely spot for a stroll and there is a pathway which runs from the Prince Albert Bridge to the Chelsea Bridge where you can take in the wonderful views Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station just across the river.

There are endless amounts of pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes in Chelsea ranging from upmarket and luxurious to relaxed, cool and trendy. We suggest checking out the following:

• Dome Café, 354 King’s Road
• Henry J Bean’s, 195-197 Kings Road
• The Hollywood Arms, 45 Hollywood Road.

Chelsea is also a short bus or tube ride away from the major tourist attractions in London such as Big Ben (5 minutes by tube), London Eye (5 minutes by tube) and Tower of London (15 minutes by tube), making Chelsea a very central and desirable location of London. Chelsea is a great spot if you are in London to site-see, enjoy a relaxing break or if you’ve made the trip for business.

Museums: Carlyles House, 24 Cheyne Row, Chelsea Physic Garden, 66 Royal Hospital Road, National Army Museum and the Royal Hospital Chelsea Museum both on Royal Hospital Road

(Close by there are also the following museums a short walk, tube or bus ride away: Natural History Museum and the , Victoria and Albert Museum both on Cromwell Road, and the Science Museum - Exhibition Road.)
