She listened to my criteria and found the right home from home for our family. It was much appreciated that your office has an 800 number to call with my questions. Thank you to Magda who arranged Cyril who drove us to the airport, we enjoyed our conversations during the drive. We had a lovely and beautiful stay and it was just what we were looking for. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a table to accommodate a family of 5 and a kitchen large enough to cook Christmas Eve and Christmas day dinner. The beds were comfortable. It was an easy walk to the Westminister Bridge, Tube stations and Market. Thank you HFH, we will be back soon!- Melissa United States

The beds and duvets were wonderful and the apartment was very spacious as promised. Taxis Drivers, Cyril and Dave, were terrific. Location was good - a little far from Waterloo Station for my mom, but we enjoyed the neighborhood very much and Lambeth tube was close by.
