Area Description
Holland Park is one of London’s most beautiful parks and is just around the corner. The property itself is situated in Ilchester Place, which leads off Kensington High Street – There is excellent shopping and a wide selection of fabulous restaurants on and around the High Street. There is a large Waitrose supermarket just three minutes walk from the apartment and a ''Whole Food” organic store that covers six floors and is apparently the largest in the world! Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and The Royal Albert Hall are all just minutes away!
Nearest tube
High Street Kensington. A five minute walk. There is also a regular bus service from the high street.

An elegant two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the fifth floor of a purpose built block with a lift, porter and fantastic views over Holland Park. This property is in excellent decorative order throughout!
Kitchen
This thoroughly modern kitchen is spacious and uncluttered with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
Receptions
This elegant and nicely furnished living room has windows at both ends allowing in plenty of natural light and offering the best views of Holland Park. The cricket ground and tennis courts can also be seen from this room. There is a rectangular dining table and seating for six guests at one end of the room. At the opposite end there is a very comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchair and TV.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom is bright and spacious with white tiles, loo, tub, hand held shower unit, large mirror and wash basin. There is also a separate cloak-room with loo and wash basin.
Bedrooms
The bright master bedroom is very spacious, nicely furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables and good reading lamps. Bedroom two offers comfortable twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a king) and good cupboard space. Both rooms overlook Holland Park!
