General
Accommodation: A large recently modernised mews house, over three floors, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The house is air-conditioned with wooden shutters and black out blinds. All but one bathroom as well as the ground floor are with under-floor heating . The house has a large and well maintained back garden, with table, chairs, a water feature and established shrubs and planting. Along the top floor of the house is a narrow balcony that runs at full length for views over the charming Mews. The house also has WI-FI Internet connection throughout with a laptop provided thus offering comfortable holiday accommodation as well as good space and facilities that would suit corporate visitors and exhibitors in London.
Kitchen
Kitchen: The well equipped open plan kitchen is on the ground floor. It has all modern appliances: a double, American style fridge/freezer, oven, good sized gas hob, microwave and a dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the storage room on the ground floor.
Receptions
Reception Rooms: One. On the ground floor is the L-shaped open-plan living and dining area. This room is spacious, light and bright with doors leading onto the back garden. The room has a large L-shaped sofa, a big round, white stone coffee table. The entertaining corner has a 42" flat screen TV with the Sky selection of channels, a DVD player, video and stereo. The rectangular wooden dining table is very long and it could comfortably seat up to twelve guests.
Bathrooms
No of Bathrooms: Four, two of which are en-suite. The en-suite master bathroom, on the top floor, has a bathtub with a hand held shower, double wash-hand basin, loo and a power shower cubicle. The second bathroom on the same floor has a power shower cubicle, wash-hand basin and loo.
The third en-suite bathroom on the first floor has a power shower cubicle, loo and a wash basin. The fourth bathroom on the same floor is with a wash basin, loo and a bathtub with a wall attached shower.
All bathrooms are splendidly done in white and black marble and all but one have underfloor heating.
Bedrooms
No of Bedrooms: Five bedrooms over two top floors. Four bedrooms and study with a pull out sofa bed.
The spacious master bedroom is on the top floor and has a queen sized double bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second smaller bedroom on the same floor, also with access to the balcony, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV.
The third very large bedroom has a queen sized double bed and a separate single bed. There is also a desk, TV and a wardrobe.
The fourth bedroom is also en-suite and comes with a double bed, fitted double wardrobe and a desk. The study has a double pull out sofa bed and a desk.
