Area Description

Located in a newly built development in Fulham and just moments from regular transport and the river. Imperial Wharf is a lovely serene spot with great Public Transport access. It is within walking distance to Parsons Green underground as well as the Imperial Wharf overground which allows quick access to Clapham Junction or West Brompton. An abundance of grocery stores, coffee shops and a multitude of restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity. Imperial Wharf is also very close to Chelsea and Fulham which are both quiet residential districts and a hub for upmarket entertainment. The famous King's Road with its mix of chain stores and boutiques is close by too. We’d recommend the Sands End pub for lovely food and a good British pint (at the end of the road on the corner of Broughton Road and Stephendale Road – less than a minute walk).

The bright sitting room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. The floor to ceiling windows let is lots of natural light and offer a lovely view along the residential street. There are two comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a comfortable double sofa bed for an occasional visitor) and a good dining table with six chairs, a digital TV and wifi.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a lovely open plan space with the dining table close by. It’s very well equipped with modern appliances: hob/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and caffetiere.

Bedrooms

The bedroom overlooks the residential street below and has a comfortable UK super king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and ample cupboard space.

Bathrooms

A very modern bathroom well equipped with a bath tub, and wall mounted shower, wash basin, loo and plenty of storage space.

Imperial Wharf railway is around a 10 minute walk. The river bus is also nearby and there is a good bus service from Townmead Road or Elbe Street. The nearest underground station is Parsons Green tube which is about 14 minutes walk to the North West.

Why stay in Fulham:

Fulham is a residential part of Kensington and Chelsea, with colourful cottages and big houses with lush gardens. It traces its history back to the 7th century.

A very popular and upmarket area of London, Fulham has plenty to offer in terms of bars, eateries and greenery. Brilliantly situated in West London, Fulham boarders with famous Chelsea and the beautiful settings of the River Thames. This lovely area of London is very family orientated and residential with plenty of parks and greens to enjoy: in the summer there are also open-air film screenings which we would most definitely recommend. The main attractions are along the Fulham Road leading to the Fulham Palace Gardens and the Thames. The area is dotted with antique shops, sumptuous flower and vegetable outlets, auction houses and furniture designer shops. There is an urban feel here with bustling cafes, shops and restaurants lining Fulham Road and New Kings Road. Fulham has a relaxed feel with numerous boutiques (Have a look at Indian Summer, Fulham Road).

We would suggest a worthwhile visit to the Fulham Palace where in summer you can picnic on the grounds or if the weather isn’t brilliant, eat scrumptious cake from the Fulham Palace café. You could even take in the wonderful views on one of the many river walks or if it takes your fancy, hop on a Thames Clipper river taxi and take a trip down the river (The best way to take in the sights!).
