This lovely, elegant home with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms is exceptionally quiet and convenient for short term rentals with Victoria Station is just a few streets away.

Area Description

Warwick Square is a residential area that’s conveniently located at the back of Victoria Station and just a few streets away from The Tate Gallery and the River Thames. The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye are all just a short walk away. Victoria is a major rail and underground station with quick access to all parts of London. The area is well known for its diversity of shops, markets and good grocery stores. One of London's biggest farmer markets is held in a nearby leafy square just off Ebury Street.

Property Description

Quintessentially English family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a well maintained Victorian white terraced building, over-looking a pretty square. Strictly non-smoking. Not suitable for young children. Wifi Internet is available.

Traditional English decor with period furniture, wonderful traditional swags and tails, decorative prints and fabrics.

Receptions

The spacious and comfortable living room has over time become a haven of comfort and colour, with an inviting sitting area that is elegantly arranged around the front windows overlooking the leafy garden square. The richly-toned colour scheme and several choice antique pieces showcase interesting objects d’art and family treasures. The country-house look is completed by a varied collection of paintings and history books.

The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances; microwave, dishwasher, hob/oven and washing machine.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom is nicely furnished with king size bed and good cupboard space - a very comfortable and bright, good sized master bedroom The second bedroom has a double bed, antique dresser and chair, side table and reading lamp. Bedroom three has a single bed, side table and overhead reading lamp.

Bathrooms

The master bathroom has a bath, hand held shower unit, wash hand basin and loo. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and a loo.

Victoria tube and mainline stations just 6 minutes away. There are also excellent bus and coach services.
