The dining area features a double-height ceiling with tall (5m high) windows overlooking the garden, a large antique table seating eight and a sizeable chandelier. There is a door from the dining area providing access into the private back garden which catches the afternoon sun and is furnished with table, chairs and a bench, providing the perfect spot for an outside meal or drink. There is also a gate from the private garden leading into the communal gardens. The second reception room is located upstairs on the gallery first floor, consisting of a cozy second sitting room on a wood-floored mezzanine platform furnished with a modern sofa bed and antique bookshelves. There is also a bright study furnished with a large desk, office chair and 27” monitor, which has a French door leading onto a small balcony overlooking the driveway and communal gardens at the rear of the house.

It also has a large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed (135x190cm), carpets, black-out blinds, antique furnishings and a large built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms enjoy uninterrupted views over the lawns and trees of the well- maintained gardens. A portable air-conditioning unit is provided in case of need, located on the second floor landing.

Bathrooms

The bright and modern master bathroom, located on the second floor next to the bedrooms, has a tub with a wall-mounted shower unit and shower screen, washbasin, bidet and loo. The modern second bathroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a shower cubicle, washbasin and loo. There is also a stylishly-decorated guest washroom on the ground floor with loo and washbasin.


Nearest tube:

The District Line underground station at Fulham Broadway is just a few short blocks away - 8 minutes’ walk. The overland train station at Imperial Wharf is also about 8 minutes’ walk away by the riverside, which is one stop to Clapham Junction, from where you can catch trains out of London to popular destinations such as Brighton and Bath. There is also the option of taking the Uber/Thames Clipper river boat service from the Chelsea Harbour Pier, which runs all the way up to Thames to Greenwich.
