There is also a good size tv with Sky channels. Double doors lead out to the well kept semi secluded garden at the rear of the house.

Kitchen

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area which is positioned at the front of the house overlooking the tree-lined street outside. The usual modern facilities and appliances can be found such as; dishwasher, washer/dryer, hob/ovens, fridge/freezer, microwave & Cafetiere. Fans are also provided.

Bedrooms

The large master bedroom is situated on the first floor (en-suite) with lovely Super King bed, walk in shower and a bath. The second twin room is also on the first floor with two quality single beds, chest of drawers and good cupboard space. There is a 2nd full bathroom on this floor. The third single bedroom has a pleasant view and occupies the second floor with single bed, side tables each with lamps, a dresser and good wardrobe space. There is also a next door bathroom & study. The study may be closed off to guests.

Bathrooms

First floor: full master en-suite with bath, large walk in shower, his & hers wash basins and loo. Plus, first floor bathroom with shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and loo. Second floor: bathroom with bath, hand held shower unit, wash basin and loo. There is a guest toilet on the lower ground floor next to the laundry room.
