Area Description

Little Venice is a beautiful, quiet residential area adjacent to the colourful Grand Union Canal. There are plenty of delightful designer shops, smart cafés and independent restaurants to choose from. The transport to and from the apartment is excellent with plenty of bus options and the underground station is approximately 2 minutes walk away. We suggest taking a walk down the lovely Formosa Street for lovely cafes, shops and restaurants.

This is a pleasantly decorated room with a fireplace, a dining table and chairs, a sophisticated vintage QUAD stereo system with free-standing electrostatic speakers and a large comfortable sofa with two lovely arm chairs. The flat has a wireless flat screen wall-mounted TV with dvd player and WI-FI Internet access.

Kitchen

The good sized kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. The table and chairs are positioned to look out of the window over the stunning gardens below.

Bedrooms

The quiet bedroom at the rear of the building has a King size bed (167 x 200) and excellent cupboard space with the walk in wardrobe just outside the bedroom door. The bedroom also looks over the two and a half acre gardens giving a sense of the countryside.

Bathrooms

The bathroom is bright, modern and well appointed with bathtub, wash-hand basin and loo. The shower head is hand held.

Warwick Avenue. approximately 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The journey from Warwick Avenue to Oxford Circus is less than 10 minutes.
