A tranquil and quintessentially British apartment in an exclusive area between Kensington Palace and Holland Park, close to the many shopping and dining delights of Kensington and Notting Hill.

Area Description

This is an exclusive quiet neighbourhood with white stucco-fronted Victorian houses, close to Kensington Palace and Gardens at the west end of Hyde Park. Brunswick Gardens is one of its most romantic streets - in May its mature cherry trees are smothered with pink and white blossom and in the autumn they are ablaze with red, yellow and orange leaves. The apartment is just off Kensington Church Street, with its many dealers in fine antiques and the famous Churchill pub, and a few minutes further is the Notting Hill area with good restaurants, traditional pubs and great choice for food shopping.

  • As always, the service from Home From Home was impeccable, from the transportation arranged to and from Heathrow and between the two apartments we stayed in, the well presented apartments themselves were in prime locations .I will always use Home from Home for every annual trip we make from Melbourne to London.

  • We found the experience dealing with HFH excellent at all stages. All our email questions were answered quickly and clearly. Everyone we dealt with either by email, phone or in person were always very helpful. The time spent at the apartment was great and nothing was 'over sold'. The apartment was just as it appeared in the website.

  • Everything was perfect with this booking. I will use your service again next time we travel to London.

  • My usual accommodation through Home From Home was unavailable for this latest stay in London. I must say that the property at Brunswick Gardens, which I took in lieu thereof, was an absolute gem. I was delighted with it and will be returning. As usual, Cyril, taxi man, was reliable and as always, a friendly face upon my arrival.

  • Great flat , great assistance from everyone at HFH. Would not consider staying with anyone else!

  • We had such a great time in London. The team at Home from Home was superb, from Emma with bookings to Carlos who came over one afternoon to help us with the TV, we cannot say enough good things about the service we received. Thank you Cyril and Anne for helping us also. We had such a positive experience with Home from Home and will rent from them again in a heartbeat. The flat was perfect, in a great location and very well maintained. Thanks for making our experience top drawer!

  • It was a great place, and we would return in a heartbeat should we go to London again.

  • This apartment is in a great location! There are good restaurants, groceries, bakeries, and Notting Hill tube nearby. It is walking distance to Kensington Park. The apartment is on the 4th floor of 6 floors. The apartment itself is quite attractive. We did have a maintenance problem with a window, its shade, and the toaster. Home from Home and the property management company promptly fixed these. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pans, & cutlery. There are no cooking ingredients, but Home from Home leaves a nice package of instant coffee, sugar, & soaps.

  • Very satisfied with Brunswick Gardens. A clean well appointed flat (exactly as advertised), in a safe perfectly centrally located area. Easy walking to Notting Hill Underground, bus stops, Kensington Palace, local pubs, shopping, food outlets and more... One item to note; there are forty steps up to reach the flat which was ok for us. However, it could be an issue for those not accustomed to, or able to climb stairs.

  • We loved the flat. It exceeded our expectations for charm and location. Your company is extremely well organized and efficient and we always felt when we communicated that we were being treated like we were your first priority. You helped make our wedding anniversary feel special and unique. We definitely plan to use you again when we travel.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brunswick Garden. One suggestion I would offer, is providing a small rug inside the apartment door for shoes. We normally don't wear our street shoes inside of our home. Thus, we keep a small rug by the entrance door, where we also keep our slippers. Other than that, as I said, everything was fine. Thanks again, for the attentive service you provide.

  • The location was great! We would have liked a parking spot, however it seems that finding the space anywhere in London is challenging. Anyhow, the public transportation worked well. The apartment had a lovely view from the second floor to the street and was well appointed. The bathroom was also very functional. With the price we paid, we will definitely stay at this property with Home From Home on our forthcoming overnight travels to London.

  • So grateful for the excellent service, particularly rescuing my passport, teaching me how to use the dryer, etc. Cyril and his pals were good value as ever.

  • Just want to say thanks for all your help. We sincerely appreciate your prompt, professional, and friendly service. We very much enjoyed Brunswick Gardens!
