Good service and comfortable and spacious apartment.

What we liked about this apartment the most is the location. Easy walk to High Street Kensington Station and not far from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. We thought the price we paid was fair, we will recommend Home From Home.

Kitchen is GREAT. Bed was comfortable but a couple extra pillows & blankets might be helpful. TV & Wifi worked perfectly. Overall flat is a bit frumpy & in need of modest updating & painting. Regardless of these issues, we loved staying there. Loved the location and would stay in this flat even without any updates. AND would definitely recommend HFH to anyone visiting the UK. The airport pickup well worth the money.. I especially appreciated the office staff & their efforts to smooth out all the normal pre-travel bumps we encountered. Any future trip to London will include plans with HFH. Many thanks to all your great efforts.

Everything was fine. We found the flat perfect for our needs and desires in respect to location. And, as usual, everyone we had contact with at home from home was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with! It was one of our very best stays in London and we've been there 19 times...so that should say something.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment. This was the second time we've booked through Home From Home and everything went perfectly. We're hoping to be back next Spring, and will definitely book through Home From Home, again.

Still find that HFH is the best way to go for lodging in London.
