They keep me informed of any problems at the property and find solutions. If something has broken, they replace it. If the place needs a thorough clean, they do it. We've been working with Home from Home for nearly ten years. In all that time there's never been the slightest problem. You have the keys, we tell you when the flat's available and you deal with everything else. And with you guys everything means everything - from making up the beds and cleaning to checking the tenants' references, taking a deposit and collecting the rent. If there's a problem - if something breaks or the tenants can't make the Wi-Fi work - you deal with it yourselves or call in a professional. When we're not using the flat we're almost always abroad, so we have to count on you, and I have to say that you've never once let us down.

I have let my flat through Home from Home for quite a few years now and have always found it a very satisfactory arrangement. The office staff are always very helpful and understand my needs as the property owner. I find your booking staff very efficient and courteous - they provide just enough bookings for me. I hardly dare say it, but in all these years, I have not had any serious problem with damage or other issues and when little things have happened, the house keepers/cleaners and maintenance staff have been quick and efficient at sorting it out. The guests are clearly decent people and seem to appreciate staying in what is someone else's home. The only issue I have had is with the guests moving round the furniture, but now I have raised this, the cleaners have photographs to show how the furniture needs to be replaced. An example of good communication and cooperation which makes the relationship work for both parties. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home from Home to any other house or flat owners that wish to make their properties work a bit harder without them having to do any of the work! It's a no-brainer for me. Really, I am quite a happy house owner.. and thank you all for all your time and effort.

They not only achieve a high rate of occupancy, they clean and prepare the property so that I can go away and leave it all to them. My property looks better on my return, then when I left it! Having had a break from letting and then refurbishing Rabbit Row completely it is a joy to know that it gets a thorough clean through every time it is let. My main dealings on the letting side have been mainly with Emma who has also been terrific and together, I think, we have created an efficient modus operandi. I'd never even consider using anyone except HFH to let my apartment for me. I've been doing so, on and off, for a number of years and can always rely on their expertise and proactive approach to finding me top quality tenants. On the rare occasion I've encountered a problem Sandra, Lydia, Kimberley and the rest of the team have dealt with it immediately, even calling me out of hours to make sure an issue had been resolved. I feel that my precious home is in safe hands with them and thank them for the opportunity to receive an excellent additional income when I'm away from London.

How difficult to suggest ways of improvement when you are already so good. The fundamental modus operandi of HfH is excellent. Cleaning is performed by a charming and conscientious team. Perhaps it is only in matters of communication in the triangle between owner/cleaner/HfH office that a review would be particularly useful. Generally you are doing a wonderful job and we love you dearly.

To all at Home from Home, You people are fantastic - good at marketing, efficient at handling the bookings and patient with us as owners who aren't always easy to contact. I'm really hard pressed to think of any criticisms or suggestions for improving your service. Maybe it would be useful to be told the arrival/departure times of tenants (sometimes we need to use a flat the same day). Maybe you could remind us when gas safety certificates need renewing. Otherwise, I think it's us who should be asking you what we can do to make your work easier - and that's not a rhetorical question. Do please tell me. best wishes
