Regent's Park is the largest area for sports in Central London and has a wide variety of activites, including an Open Air Theatre, the London Zoo and many cafes and restaurants.
Henry VIII originally used Regent's Park as a hunting ground, as it is only a short ride from Whitehall Palace. The park has changes a lot in that time and is now one of London's busiest tourist attractions.
