Area Description

Brondesbury Villas is a picturesque and quiet residential street lined with trees and beautiful period buildings. It is one of the most sought after streets in Queens Park. The property is a short walk from the fantastic local amenities of Salusbury Road with many cafes, restaurants, pubs and delicatessens. The award winning Farmers Market is a must visit on a Sunday, as well as the beautiful open spaces of Queen's Park itself.

The apartment is a split level apartment with the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom with a king size bed on the same floor and there are a few steps down to the spacious master bedroom which also has a king size bed. Receptions

The reception overlooks the lovely Brondesbury Villas street below. It is a bright and comfortable room furnished with a two-seater sofa and an armchair in the window, as well as a lovely coffee table. There is a small dining table, a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and an elegant ornamental fireplace.

Kitchen

The small but well equipped and well organised kitchen is situated next to the living room. It has a hob, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer and a double sink. There is also a washer/dryer in the kitchen.

Bedrooms

The lovely, bright and elegant bedrooms are exceptionally quiet being at the rear of the building overlooking the private gardens below (no access). The private master bedroom has a few stairs leading down to it and has a king bed, generous storage space including a chest of drawers and a double floor to ceiling wardrobe. There is also a desk should you need to study/work. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, brilliant storage space and is on the same level as the reception area.

Bathrooms

The modern bathroom is bright and has high ceilings with tiled flooring and walls, a contemporary bath tub with a wall attached shower unit hand basin and loo.
