The home comes highly recommended due to easy commute to Central London & beyond, and benefits from a terrace and a sweet paved garden to the rear.

The double reception room with wood floor is very nicely furnished. At one end we have a comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs and pretty side tables, reading lamps and TV (newly installed). At the other end is the dining table with seating for 6 guests, an armchair with foot stool, small work desk space & charming balcony.


The kitchen is excellent and well equipped with brand new modern appliances; microwave, hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & coffee machine.


The master bedroom has a lovely big super king bed (180 x 200), good size closet space, side table with reading lamp, and en suite shower room facilities. The second guest bedroom has a king bed (150 x 200), plush carpet and relaxing armchair. The third bedroom has a small queen bed ( 120 x 190). All rooms have fitted wardrobes and new mattresses that are excellent quality and very comfortable.


Two full bathrooms beautifully designed with bath/ shower, wash basins, over head storage cabinets and loo. There is a further guest loo on the ground floor.

Nearest tube:

Oval tube station is just 5 minutes walking. Vauxhall & Waterloo stations are a short 10 walk. Clapham North Tube (Victoria Line links) is a 10 minutes away. There and endless buses, cabs and Ubers locally.
