I was attending an event in Kensington Olympia, so this was a spot on location for me. Very convenient to walk to the exhibition centre as well as to enjoy lunch and dinner at the various restaurants along the Kensington High Street.
This lovely place was suggested to us by Caitlin, who was very friendly and helped us with our booking. Arrival was well arranged and the taxi drivers gave us the keys, how convenient! We will definitely use home from home on our upcoming stays in London.
There were few issues with the drains, but when we reported about them to the office they sent a housekeeper to have a look within the same day. We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment was spacious and well-furnished.
We loved the beds, they were so comfortable and seemed to be recently replaced! The sofa bed was good addition too, as we had a friend visiting us for two nights during our holiday in London. Location was excellent, great bus and underground services to travel around the city.
The person who came to let me in arrived on time, and was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
Staff in the office were really efficient at every stage of our stay, this is why we keep returning to HFH year after year. We had another comfortable stay and the apartment was splendid!
Very nice place, sofa bed was good for my son visiting us for two nights.
We had some difficulties with our flights, as they were severely delayed. Thankfully a lady called Lia assisted us in re-scheduling our taxi pick up, this relieved our stress enormously. The rest of our stay went smoothly, also appreciated the office calling us on our second day to ask if everything is alright.
I was looking at the map and saw that the location is quite close to major roads. When I arrived, the apartment was very quiet and bedroom was facing the garden, so I didn't have to worry about any noise disturbing my sleep. The building is very secure, I felt comfortable staying in the apartment alone.
This is a very spacious one bedroom apartment, particularly when comparing London apartments we have stayed in with Airbnb before. Home from Home offers a great service, we have recommended them to all our family and friends back home.

High Street Kensington tube station is 8 minutes walking or a sort 3 minute bus ride. Earls Court is a 12 minute walk. Kensington Olympia – 7 minutes. Plus, there are excellent bus services from the high street into other part of the city.
