The dining table will seat 4 guests comfortably. There is also a breakfast bar with two high stools. This room is adjacent to the sunny roof terrace and is presented in immaculate condition with exposed natural wood flooring, and an extraordinary feeling of space and exceptional natural light.


There are two double bedrooms with UK Super King and King size beds, one measuring 180 x 200cm - zipped, can be 2 x single, and the second 150 x 200cm. Both bedrooms are exceptionally quiet and furnished to a high standard and with lots of storage space.


There are two bathrooms situated next to both bedrooms and positioned to the rear of the property, on the first floor. The master bathroom with beige tiling had a bath, hand-held or wall-attached shower unit, heated towel radiators, wash basin, and loo. The second family shower room with dark beige tiles is double the size of normal UK showers and is walk-in - no steps.
