We have stayed with Home From Home before and were happy with the service and the apartment. We weren't disappointed this time either, as everything went smoothly and the apartment was excellent.
I had to call the office as I was not able to operate the tv, but a lady called Lia gave me some instructions. There was a simply solution to this. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and the taxi service saved my time and energy on the arrival and departure. I highly recommend home from home to everyone.
The flat is just as shown in the pictures, well equipped and lift was necessary feature as we have some mobility issues. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Five star service! We were pleased to have the sofa bed made up for our stay, so our friend could visit us for one night during our London trip. Caitlin, the sales girl suggested us this lovely flat and we couldn't have been more pleased.
Home from Home made my London experience so much more enjoyable! I didn't have to worry about getting to/from the airport, the cleaning service was fantastic and the location was perfect for walking to work every day. I have already referred other people!
Great stay overall and the company staff members were all helpful and polite. I found some items belonging to the owner when I arrived, but this didn't bother me much as there was plenty of space to store my stuffs anyway. The location near Waterloo Station was perfect for my travels around central London.
The only constructive comment I have about this apartment is that it was somewhat difficult to locate. We called the office when we arrived to the area and they were able to send their representative (who was waiting to let us in) to meet us where we were at that moment and guide our way. This apartment was well equipped for a multiple week stay; it was easy to cook and do the laundry.
Excellent experience from start till finish! You truly know how to provide top class accommodation.
