The spacious reception room overlooking Sydney Street is bright, sunny and elegantly furnished with high end modern furniture and decorated with delicate prints and pictures. The dining table will seat up to six guests, with the entertaining area organised around a fireplace with a good-sized sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. The TV is a flat screen LCD television (with DVD) has a wide selection of channels and is set up for your Netflix/Apple accounts. Excellent Wifi Internet is available.
The kitchen is well organised, smart, sleek and modern. It has a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
The bright, elegant bedrooms are exceptionally quiet being positioned at the rear of the building. The en-suite master bedroom has a king bed (150cm X 200cm), generous storage space including a chest of drawers and a double wall cupboard. The room has direct access to the private outdoor patio area. The second guest bedroom has a double bed (135cm x 190cm), good storage space and an adjacent bathroom.
The master en-suite bathroom is smart modern with neutral flooring and stone tiles, contemporary tub with both hand-held and a wall attached shower unit, wash-hand basin and loo.
