Home from Home was very nice to work with and very responsive to all our questions. The taxi arrangement with keys to/from airport was also excellent.

As reported to you we had electrical problems - all the electricity went off in the flat. However, this was sorted by the caretaker at your request. He put in a new fuse and showed us where the switch was tripping. Thank you for your prompt service, we enjoyed our stay.
We were very impressed with the Home From Home in London service from the taxi pick-up at LHR, during our one-month stay through to our taxi return to the airport. All of the staff we dealt with were very courteous, responsive, efficient and happy to help with anything that came up during our stay. When a temporary disruption occurred in the flat, they immediately sent someone to review the matter and offered to move us to another flat. We opted to stay and the next day we received flowers and chocolates from them - a nice touch!
Overall we were very impressed with Home From Home in London and recommend them highly.

The apartment has many nice features which we thoroughly appreciated (very good location, garden, two nice bathrooms).

The time that we spent at Ormonde Gate was most wonderful. We travelled from Australia to attend the wedding of our daughter in Chelsea not knowing the area at all. Salla went out of her way to help us with local knowledge of the best places to visit while we were here. Thank you for everything.

An excellent location and only a few minutes from the Kings Road, and Sloane Square for shopping, dining and local amenities. The nearest underground is Sloane Square tube just 10 minutes walking, or a quick 3 minute bus ride from Kings Road. This tube line services Westminster, Victoria and the west end.
