The Elbe St property was the nicest flat I have stayed in. Everything was new and it was tastefully decorated with lots of space for our clothes, etc. Also close to transportation and great food shopping. I would absolutely stay there again. Many thanks, HFH!

LOVED using your services and the Elbe Street flat was a fabulous find. Your attention to the details was more than we expected. Pick up and return to Heathrow so convenient and the "welcome" package of supplies unexpected and more than adequate. Bed & Bath linens were top of the line, the bed itself super comfortable and the flat just enough lovely space for 2 to spread out. Thames River Walk a good find, grocery and Tube and buses very convenient. It was a quiet and safe spot where we could sleep with the windows open and look forward to coming back to after busy days. THANK YOU!
Our stay was wonderful - from the airport pick up by Dave to the Flat itself. The flat was as described and very comfortable - much better than a hotel!!! The area was convenient and felt very safe and transportation was very accessible. We will definitely look to use the HFH services next time we travel to London! Thanks for a memorable stay!!!!
We had trouble finding the WiFi password… but only because I didn't read the instructions completely. Also could not figure out how to wash/dry clothes in a single cycle. But these were minor issues. The flat was truly lovely. Immaculate. Beautifully appointed. Comfortable and convenient in every way. We were very happy with the choice of flat and with all our arrangements.

I'm writing an article for the Travel page of the Boston Globe entitled "How We Planned Our Trip of a Lifetime: Advice for the Less Experienced Traveler." Of course, I will be writing about our wonderful stay in Elbe Street and how happy we were working with you and your team. What I'm trying to recall, now, however, is how I "found" you. Was it a link on one of the major tourist sites? Thanks so much!!
Very nice safe neighborhood with many restaurants and bus stops nearby. It was a little far away from central London but perfect for us as we didn't want to be in a noisy part of town.
The lovely flat on Elbe Street was ideal for us, close to a small supermarket, 2 minutes from the bus station and in very quiet surroundings. We simply loved our stay and hope to be able to come back.
We were extremely satisfied with the rental apartment and have recommended Home from Home to our friends.
I’ve been remiss in not contacting you sooner to say thanks for all you do. Please forgive my tardiness. Our apartment/flat was perfectly fine and we enjoyed it. It was very close to three things we admire - a small food store, a good coffee shop, and a really really good pub, the most upscale pub we’ve ever seen.
We’ve grown so accustomed to London that we’re starting to feel it’s our second home. We hit all the tourist destinations years ago. Now we just try to meld in with the community around us. One of our favorite pubs is the Tommy Tucker ( right near the Fulham Broadway station ) and when we walked in the first time on this trip the lady behind the counter recognized us immediately and said, “I haven’t seen you in a long time. Where have you been?” This really made us feel at home.
We’ll be returning again, probably in April or May, and I’ll be in touch with you soon.
