The designer dining table and chairs will add a touch of style to either a casual snack or a gourmet dinner, and having the well planned kitchen facilities on hand makes entertaining easy. The comfortable sofa can become a bed for an overnight guest, and a TV, DVD, VCR and stereo are provided for those quieter moments when you want to catch your breath before launching into your next London adventure.

The flat was lovely - comfortable, clean, stylish, very well equipped and extremely well located. Having your taxi driver meet me at the airport and take me to the flat and explain everything about the facilities in the flat and the surrounding area was great.

This is the second time we have rented that same flat. It is well appointed, very nice and comfortable and it is located in a great area.

As always, the service from Home from Home was impeccable and professional. The apartment was very well- appointed and in good condition, apart from being in a great location. Only one criticism, which is not the fault of the owner or Home from Home- the heating which is centrally controlled through the whole apartment block, was insufferably hot when automatically switched on and needed to be turned down at least three to five degrees. Otherwise no issues.

The flat was great. Well-appointed and very comfortable. The washer-dryer combination was not as useful as I would have hoped (dryer takes a long time), but that is a small issue in an otherwise wonderful experience.

There was only one problem and that was there was no hot water on the first day in the building block when we arrived. I rang Danielle and she assisted us straight away by calling both the owner and the building manager and calling us back to let us know what the situation was. She was at all times courteous and very efficient. She did say it couldn't be fixed until the next day when a plumber could come back to the property but fortunately for us the plumber had been there that day fixing a problem and it was just that it hadn't had time to reheat. The flat itself was brilliant. Very good location, very clean and well laid out. We would be very happy to re-book this flat again when next we are in London.

An elegant residential area of period terraces and garden squares, a few minutes walk from the Victoria & Albert, the Natural History and Science Museums, and beyond them to the Royal Albert Hall, the Albert Memorial and Hyde Park, a great green space perfect for a breath of fresh air. A walk of 15-20 minutes takes you to the fashionista and gourmet paradise of Harrods, and the exclusive shops, boutiques and restaurants of Knightsbridge. Alternatively a similar walk takes you south to the many attractions of the trendy King’s Road area. Buses, Tube trains and taxis are plentiful for access to the West End and all parts of the city. Easy connections to Heathrow and the M25.
