A walk of 15-20 minutes takes you to the fashionista and gourmet paradise of Harrods, and the exclusive shops, boutiques and restaurants of Knightsbridge. Alternatively a similar walk takes you south to the many attractions of the trendy King’s Road area. Buses and taxis are plentiful for access to the West End or farther afield, also for Heathrow.

The conservatory addition to the kitchen makes a bright and cheerful room for preparing tasty meals and enjoying them around the table in the dining area or in the patio garden beyond. Practical essentials on hand include a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer in the utility area in the basement.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, 5ft by 6ft 6''. The smaller bedroom on the first floor overlooks the garden behind the house and has a single bed ( 90 x 200).

The master en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, tub with shower over it and a loo. The second en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, shower cubicle and loo. There is also a separate loo for guests on the ground floor.

Home from Home helped us relocate to a quiet neighborhood in Chelsea--Clareville Grove--with trees and a wonderful little pub at the end of the street. It was 5-15 minutes from our favorite restaurants. We could tell it has been a family home for many years. Everything is exactly where it should be--nothing missing. The kitchen is a dream of function, comfort and elegance. The books, magazines, suggestions for going out, and a comprehensive binder with the instructions to every feature of the house in the little entry office was complete. I cooked a little, enjoyed espresso every morning and spent some time in the garden as well. We met and had conversations with a few of the neighbors. We want to stay here again. Thank you, HFH!
